ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults. You can add the sofa bed for two children for an additional charge per booking. We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. There are no exceptions - it's a MAXIMUM of 10 adults. A refundable bond is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted. Driftwood is a unique, utterly charming residence, offering unrivalled water views, hidden away in one of the most serene and private streets of Soldiers Point. Driftwood is a beautifully refurbished waterfront cottage with direct water access.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition. Aside from swimming, snorkelling or diving, there are a lot of things to do in Port Stephens. Dance with dolphins, conquer the sand dunes, trek the bush trails, ride the camels, visit the farms or spot the koalas dozing off on nearby trees! Don’t feel like going outside?
