Enjoy the peace and quiet of our secluded hideaway set on 20 acres of bushland just minutes from Daylesford. With a North West facing deck overlooking Hepburn Regional Park, Le Shack is hand built from repurposed fittings and materials sourced from the property and surrounds and offers guests a unique experience of bush living away from urban stresses. Enjoy being amongst nature and spend your time reading, bushwalking and relaxing on the verandah. Pottery studio onsite. Please make an appointment to visit the studio and gallery. Ceramic classes available.
We love where we live and want to share our beautiful property with you! We love travel and meeting new people. We like to seek out authentic experiences when we travel, and hope to provide the same for our guests. We hope you'll come, stay and enjoy our piece of paradise. See Kangaroos on your doorstep, hear koalas at night and watch the rich bird life from the lounge room window while sampling the tranquillity of the Australian bush. We live in such a wonderful place, spoilt with many walking tacks and only a short walk to Sailors Falls, our very own waterfall practically in our backyard. Visit our ceramics studio gallery, do a pottery workshop or just peruse the display. Pick blackberries and apples during the season, visit a nearby winery and make the most of being in the heart of Australia's spa capital! Come and share it with us! We live on the property 100 metres further down in the bush and can be available when we are around when needed.
