Easily walk to the Beach OR the River from this fully renovated original beach house. Brand new stylish renovation makes this a very comfortable location for relaxing inside and especially outside, experiencing the best of Cotton Tree beaches, restaurants, river walks, cafe's etc. with easy access to Alexandra Headlands, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Noosa. This place has a fully fenced yard, brand new full kitchen , 2 new bathrooms and a lounge room. It will not disappoint.
Love to travel, especially with my wife and 3 kids, and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We avoid most of the tourist spots looking for unique experiences, which is what brought me to AirBNB. Staying in homes with actual neighbors and getting to know the people in each areas is foremost on my task list for each destination. My travel motto from the front of a book found in Istanbul, Turkey: "Travel is a lesson in efficient living". Easily available by phone for any questions.
Cotton Tree is the quintessential Australian beach town with walking access to the beach, the Maroochy River, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. easy access to all parts of the Sunshine Coast from Mooloolaba to Noosa. Activities galore - you will be back year after year mail You decide to move here.
