Brand new house in Cooma set up with the comforts that make being away from home fun! Comfy beds, linen included. Smart tvs with Netflix in 2 bedrooms plus one in the living area. Ducted heating and cooling throughout. Main bedroom with king size bed, large walk in wardrobe and spacious shower/ ensuite. Electric gates with remote for added security, huge grassed area and roomy back deck to chill out on. Fully equipped kitchen comes with breakfast basics.

North Ridge Reserve can be accessed from the top of the street and has a range of scenic bushwalks.
