Surrounded by stunning beaches and the trendy coastal towns of Thirroul and Austinmer, this unique property offers high-end living in the Illawarra. Get outdoors and experience bushwalks, scenic picnic areas, ocean pools and golden stretches of sand. Then come back to this plush retreat, beautifully styled for an unforgettable South Coast stay. An entrance bridge leads to the property and lower level where guests can relax on the lounge chairs, sit out on the patio or play a round of pool. You'll find a bathroom and internal laundry in the main floor adding to your holiday convenience. Head upstairs to find the main living quarters and bedrooms. A dedicated workspace with a leather swivel is set up so you don't miss out on business. An open plan kitchen and dining area is framed by oversized windows, allowing an abundance of natural light and cool ocean breezes to stream through. The living area flows directly to a covered balcony, where you sip your morning coffee while taking in lush green views. Cook up a feast on state-of-the-art kitchen appliances then get cosy in front of the TV. There are four bedrooms within the property, each immaculately presented with hotel quality linens and towels. The master suite is fitted with a sumptuous king-sized bed and benefits from a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a plush queen bed and tropical views. The third bedroom has a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single above, while the fourth bedroom doubles as a dedicated office space with an ergonomic chair and has a pull-out sofa bed. A stunning main bathroom boasts a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and mirrored vanity. Guests will have access to parking on the driveway for two cars.

The seaside village of Coledale lies roughly 30 minutes north of Wollongong and 90 minutes south of Sydney. Drive here via the photogenic Sea Cliff Bridge, which juts out over the water and has become an icon of the Grand Pacific Drive. Stop for lunch at The Scarborough Hotel, taking is spectacular views across the sea. Hit the waves at Coledale Beach and discover the trendy cafes and fashion boutiques of neighbouring Thirroul. If you’re travelling with the kids, don’t miss a day out at Symbio Wildlife Park or Jamberoo Action Park,or enjoy walks around Bulli, Sublime point or Madden falls.
