With two separate living areas between both upstairs & down, the property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests throughout. This property features: Ducted air-conditioning both upstairs and down Open plan living down stairs (dining, lounge and kitchen) Ensuite to main bedroom Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities Separate toilet Covered entertaining deck with BBQ and a fully secured court yard at the back of the house Two Smart Televisions with selected Foxtel channels available. (There is a Foxtel dish installed at the property if you were to provide your own Foxtel Box during occupancy) Self-contained kitchen with dishwasher Wi-fi Two parking spaces in front of garage (no access to the garage) Bedroom: 1 x king size bed; Bedroom: 1 x king size bed; Bedroom: 1 x Queen size bed; 3 Bathrooms Linen is NOT supplied for your stay, you will need to provide your own pillow cases, sheets and towels
