GUESTS MUST LIKE DOGS. WE HAVE A FRIENDLY GERMAN SHEPHERD THAT LIVES ON THIS PROPERTY. Come and stay in this beautiful, modern and unique villa situated in a peaceful setting at the rear of a Bongaree waterfront property. This Villa is located out the back of the owner's property. It is separate and private. Sit outside in the garden area or enjoy the amazing Sunsets Bribie Island has to offer across the road! This one bedroom, open living villa is perfect for a quick getaway. The bathroom is combined featuring toilet and shower which is situated outside but connected to the villa as per the photos. Enjoy the stunning birds in the morning as they come for a feed. Everyone walking by stops and enjoys the property's landscaping and features it has to offer. Street parking only. Owners live on the property in the front house. We are happy to stay out of guests' way or help guests if need be. Guests must be okay with dogs, as a German Shepherds lives on the property. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Neighbourhood information

This villa is central to everything. The shops are a quick 5 minute walk. Beach across the road. Public transport is 100m down the road. The neighbours are all very lovely, they love to have a chat, to help out and have a good laugh.
