Cute, modern bungalow/apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom and kitchenette. Split system heating/cooling. Plenty of cupboard space. Smart TV, full Wi-Fi. Queen bed. Walk to shops, bars, restaurants, train station and beach. NOTE: Provided is a microwave, electric frying pan/steamer, sandwich press, kettle and small bar fridge in the kitchenette. Parking is on the street.
We are a typical family, love living where we do with everything at our fingertips. We have two pets. Small dog and Cat that are inside & outside pets. Super friendly fur babies that should not inconvenience you at all.
This is a very safe neighborhood. With only key access to the entire property. There is plenty to do and all within a stroll away. Venture further on the train line direct into the city or via car to the Dandenong Ranges or Mornington Peninsula. If you are a golfer, this is an ideal spot to base yourself. Royal Melbourne GC, Victoria GC, Sandringham GC and Cheltenham GC all within a short walk or 5 min car trip.
