Our Beach Shack consists of 2 x retro semi-detached holiday houses, bookable separately (Wattle and Lilly Pilly). This is the listing for both. Suitable to a maximum of 8 adults & 7 kids. Small well behaved pets <10kg are allowed. Whilst the property can comfortably sleep four families, it will be a cozy fit, with two modest size living areas and two bathrooms. Retro furnishings, comfy beds, and we’ve included creature comforts such as air-con, WiFi, Netflix and a coffee machine. The feature is the back deck and yard. Most of our time (and likely yours) will be spent out back enjoying the sounds of the birds and crashing waves. Each side of the deck has its own table setting. Shared BBQ, and shared beach ‘toys’ and amenities in the back shed, including beach wagon, sandcastle buckets & spades, beach cricket set, lawn games (Klop, Bocce), small kids bikes and helmets.

We fell in love with this house and Pearl Beach as soon as we saw it. A extraordinarily serene enclave of paradise for our two young children and Cavoodle to explore and enjoy nature. Locals here have an environmental and sustainability focus, with a local arboretum, beautiful beach, lookouts and nature walks. Everything is within walking distance, including the local cafe, general store, and fine dining restaurant Pearls on the Beach. To the south of the beach are calm waters and ocean pool for kids to swim in. To the north of the beach is a 24 hour dog friendly beach that our Cavoodle loves doing laps of. It is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing family holiday within easy reach of Sydney. Everything is within walking distance at Pearl Beach, including the local cafe, general store, and fine dining restaurant Pearls on the Beach. If you want to travel to surrounding locations, you might want a car, including if you want to do a larger grocery shop at Umina (or get home delivery as an alternative). There is also a bus which stops directly across the street which goes directly to Woy Woy station or Patonga.
