A 10-seater table offers tranquil rural views, while an adjoining sunken living area with a decorative fireplace provides a cosy and welcoming space to retire to for a leisurely afternoon watching TV or kicking back with a book. Off the kitchen, a formal lounge area complete with a sofa, armchair and a second TV features sliding doors opening out to the patio, where a BBQ and sun swing are ideal for relaxed entertaining. You’ll also find an outdoor setting for 10 guests, with ample space to dine together while you soak up the fresh country air. Five bedrooms sleep 10 guests, each beautifully furnished and offering split system air conditioning for year-round comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the remaining rooms include queen beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite complete with a luxurious spa bath, while the main bathroom includes a bathtub and overhead shower. Additional conveniences include WiFi and a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, a powder room, and four parking spaces plus free on-street parking. Feel free to request additional amenities for an extra fee, such as a porta cot, cot linen and towel, a high chair, or a rollaway bed suitable for a small child, including bedding and linen. Firewood packs can only supplied to guests from April to September. Please note, firewood can be pre-order and purchased at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to arrange for firewood to be provided.
