Cosy Cottage is moments away from fantastic pubs, cafes and fast trains to the city (10 mins) but is situated in a quiet and family friendly street. A Holiday Rental Agreement must be filled in and returned prior to your booking being confirmed. Photo ID will be required to be shown on check in (compulsory insurance requirements). 2. With neighbours in close proximity this is not accommodation for people looking to party ( with great nightlife nearby there’s no need to stay at home). Quiet hours for outdoors are 9pm-8am 3. The home is only equipped for 4 guests 4. The home is not suitable for children or guests with mobility limitations due to stairs. 5. There is no parking on the premises. There is street parking but it can be challenging. With transport close you wont need a car. 6. The second bedroom has louvered windows that overlook the dining area (no solid wall) so not as private as a standard room. 7. The home is very compact. Photos may make the rooms look bigger than in reality. 8. There is a security camera facing the street. It is motion operated. 9. No illegal activities will be tolerated.

‘Erko’, as it’s affectionately known the sister suburb to the big-‘n-brash Newtown and the increasingly bustling Alexandria neighbours. Erskineville is home to a few legendary pubs (the Imperial, the Rose of Australia, (the Erko), some fantastic and cosy cafés and restaurants, and the stunning Sydney Park, which is a great place to stretch out and relax in the shade. Once you’ve eaten your way down the main strip, walk it off along the back streets as you marvel at the adorable terrace homes and cottages that lend the suburb its inimitable charm.
