Welcome to Harmony Haven Located in the natural beauty of Nelly Bay, our family unit provides majestic mountain views with flourishing tropical surroundings and enchanting wildlife. Positioned in the tranquil settings of Amaroo, guests have the privilege to discover and utilize the resort facilities. Harmony Haven offers a functional layout and design with a separate main bedroom and is one of the most spacious self contained sanctuaries. The Main Bedroom hosts a King bed with split system air-conditioning and a private bathroom access. The wardrobe provides hanging capacity, space for storing luggage whilst the large occasional chair adds comfort to unwind after a long day. Flowing through to the lounge, this area contains a single & trundle bed plus a sofa bed. TV entertainment hosting a range of entertainment in a separate air conditioned space. This open plan living boasts a straight kitchen style with adequate appliances, cooking utensils and work area. With sufficient cupboards and fridge/freezer capacity it is perfect for catering for the family. Can occupy 5 but best suited for a family with small children. 5 Adults Welcome Immerse yourself in this tropical land.
Tash & Kelli are family members raised in country towns with country values. We still take people on their word and honour a handshake. We feel blessed to live in North Qld and love to visit Magnetic Island. The Island home is our balance to refresh, relax and enjoy quality time with our family and friends. We have embraced Harmony Haven and will continue to build on the family comforts & additions that all can appreciate.
Magnetic Island is a rare jewel which has been largely obscured from the commercial tourism sector in past years, its advantages include, its welcoming feel, stunning beaches, rich history, diverse experiences, and natural beauty. Magnetic Island is one of those charming places that has special 'Island Time'. It is one of the only Great Barrier Reef islands to have a postcode and 4 villages. Nelly Bay (where you arrive on the ferry); Picnic Bay; Arcadia and Horseshoe Bay is home to around 2000 people. We would really recommend the Forts Walk. You can get there by bus - it's on the road to Horseshoe Bay at the Radical Bay turnoff. and over the 3/4 of an hour walk you are almost guaranteed to see a koala in the wild. It also has the best preserved fortification from WWII on the eastern seaboard. There are lots of walks as three quarters of the island is national park. Horseshoe Bay is the best for water activities and Picnic Bay is a beautiful quieter spot. Alma Bay has a great swimming beach all year round.
