We love our rental property and we look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Perth You will have the house to yourself and can come and go as you wish for the duration of your stay Modern facilities, very comfortable, freshly decorated and fully furnished for a home away from home this property welcomes everyone. Three bedrooms with a queen bed in the main bedroom, double bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. Super quality freshly laundered bedding is fitted between guest visits The kitchen is a large open plan area with all the facilities required including fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven / hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the essentials required in a kitchen. A separate utility area has the washing machine and vacuum Ample parking at the front and a large contained back garden with a large table setting with chairs. There is a Weber BBQ available on request Free WIFI. The new 50" TV has free Netflix & YouTube access and an HDMI cable for connecting laptops etc A new and efficient air con is in the living room and the bedrooms have ceiling and floor fans in them to keep nice and cool We look forward to welcoming you
We are Laura and Ralph and we are excited about welcoming guests to our rental home in trendy Mount Hawthorn We love to travel and we appreciate it when accommodation we book is well catered for and love it with the unexpected "above and beyond" surprises that sometimes happen that make you remember fondly about the property and that is what we would like to achieve We live at the other side of Brittania Reserve from your property so we are only a 10 minute walk across the park or a 2 minute drive away should there be any problems :) Things we enjoy are travel, enjoying Perth's cafes and coffee shops and also love taking in a movie, particularly at the nearby iconic Leederville Luna with its indoor and outdoor movies We also enjoy taking our two dogs Archie and Ivy for walks around the wonderful child and pet friendly Brittania Reserve
The property is adjacent to the Freeway and access to it is so easy, allowing very easy access to all of Perth. A 15 minute drive will get you to many of Perth's beautiful beaches or to many large malls or the exciting Crown Casino and stunning Optus stadium, The city centre is less than ten minutes drive and the airport perhaps 25 minutes drive 100 yards from the property are bus stops in either direction with regular travel between Scarborough Beach and Perth CBD, passing through super cool and impressive Leederville and providing quick and easy access to the rail network. Being so perfectly located it is likely your hire car will remain on your driveway a lot of the time We welcome children and also responsible pet owners and the beautiful dog and child friendly Brittania Park Reserve is 50 yards away. Take in a game of cricket in the park or just relax with a leisurely stroll. Walk 100 yards from the property and you are crossing in to the beautiful and serene Lake Monger with wonderful water views and also views of the city. Teaming with local wildlife you are guaranteed to take lots of photographs here
