When inspiration strikes, you are just a few minutes’ walk to the gorgeous beaches of Hayborough or the McCracken Country Club golf course and clubhouse facilities (bar, cafe, and more!) The house is only a few years old and has 3 bedrooms (sleeping a max of 6 people) and two bathrooms. The light-filled entrance leads to the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen opening out to the covered entertaining deck through glass sliding doors. The easy-care kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The living area has views of the sea, a big-screen TV, and a comfortable lounge for kicking back and relaxing. Enjoy your favourite internet activities with free NBN Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms, the main with a sparkling white ensuite and a built-in wardrobe. Bedrooms two and three are both of good size and located near the 3-way main bathroom. The home also features high ceilings, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (with vents in living rooms and bedrooms), floating timber floors, and large windows that fill the home with natural light. The property is all on one level (house and deck) with three stairs at the front. Off-street undercover car parking is available. There is even room to park the boat! Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 – King Bed Bedroom 2 – Double Bed Bedroom 3 – Double Bed The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
