Perfectly located right in the heart of the historic Fremantle precinct on top of retail space and Hush coffee shop, this heritage listed c1904 apartment is a perfect place to escape the bustle of the city and revel in the space that this heritage building offers. Entry into the property is via a covered rear access lane and stairs. Step through the door into the light filled refurbished apartment complete with original polished Jarrah floors, 15ft high ceilings, large bedroom, a fully functional kitchen and laundry. The entry opens onto the dining room which comfortably seats four, with easy access to the kitchen. Down the passage is the large bedroom with queen size bed, premium linen and a place to hang your clothes. The bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower, full length mirror and laundry with washer, dryer, sink, ironing board, iron and drying rack. The sitting room faces High Street below, (no access) is light filled from its soaring windows and is a place to relax and enjoy. The entertainment area includes the LCD television, blu-ray, i-pod and small desk with a printer and wifi connection. Carpet added November 2021 for guests comfort.

Positioned in the West End of High Street, 1904 is literally right in the middle of all that Fremantle can offer! Café Strip - 4 minute walk but within 2 minutes walk there are a myriad of café and eating options available. Art - Surrounded by galleries and art spaces including Kidogo Arthouse and Japinka Aboriginal gallery. Ocean - 5 minutes walk to Bathers beach and the seafood precinct of fishing boat harbour or 5 minutes walk to the Rottnest Island ferry terminal. Shopping - Surrounded by all the shops and boutiques of Fremantle, High St abounds with quirky independent stores and is a great place to fossick for holiday memories. Pubs - a 5 minute walk to at least 4 famous hotels. Museums - The historic Round House, Maritime Museum and Shipwreck Museum are all within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. Cycle the many cycle paths - yes a bicycle is provided. 4 minutes walk to the Fremantle train station or bus depot. There are two buses called “The Cat” that provide free transport throughout the port city all day every day. Essentially you will be able to explore everywhere in Fremantle by foot and soak in the atmosphere of Fremantle.
