A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed! The cozy apartment is located on the top floor of the private ski hut, at 1,400 m above sea level, far away from large catchment areas. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Two separate bedrooms offer enough space for four people. Two more guests can sleep on the couch in the living room. It gets really cozy when you end the evening in blissful warmth in front of the tiled stove after a day on the mountain. From the living room you have access to the south-facing balcony (slope side). There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. A private garage right next to the hut is included. In winter, all-wheel drive or snow chains are required to get up the last 600 m to the hut. Alternatively, a parking space can be rented at the nearby hotel. The hut is also accessible by public transport! I would be happy to provide information about this personally.

In the Almdorf, there are several restaurants, a mini supermarket and a spa with pool and sauna within a few minutes' walk. The Pendolino summer toboggan run, a climbing garden and an adventure hiking trail with many mountain lakes are also in the immediate vicinity - fun for young and old. In winter, skis, snowboards and sleds can be rent from the nearby ski school. Enjoy your vacation in the healthy mountain air and relax in these wonderful surroundings :)
