While here in winter you rest after an active day on the slopes. The options are endless! The panoramic Kitzbüheler Alpen cable car can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and in summer the adventure swimming lake Uttendorf is only 3 minutes away by car. The location of the house avoids long drives to the main road
