Freja is situated close to two of the major lifts of Obertauern on the south slope of the mountain. Lifts, restaurants, after ski, and sport shops are all within two - three minute walk away. Top 11 is on the top floor in Freja. The house has an elevator. The bedrooms has a wooden ceiling, built in beds and furniture from solid wood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freeze compartment, 4 plates stove, oven with grill, micro wave and dishwasher. The 42 square meter living room with combined dining are also fully furnished with solid wooden furnish and a big leather corner sofa. Outside from the living room is a large balcony with very nice mountain view. The height of the ceiling in the big living room is over 6 meter and this, together with the floor-area, contributes to the extraordinary spatial feeling of Top 11. It offers an ideal living for two families or bigger groups of friends. All to an unbeatable value for money.
I enjoy hosting and helping our guests in all they need.
Obertauern is where the snow is from early December until end of April. The center of the village is 2 km from Freja, you can either ski there or take the local bus or taxi and even walking there is nice. In Gnadenalm 2 km from Obertauern you can go one evening for Rodel and after have a nice Fondue at the restaurant beside. There are many restaurants, bars and aprés ski places close by.
