Property info

A newly built two bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of the ski slopes of Hauser Kaibling. The accommodation comprises of two large double bedrooms, both with large beds, two ensuite bathrooms, both comprising of walk in shower cubicles, wash basins and WCs. There is also a separate WC with wash basin. There is a large living area with sofabed and a dining table and chairs. The apartment has a very large fully fitted and equipped kitchen comprising of two full ovens, four ring stove, dishwasher, fridge and a combination microwave oven. The apartment also benefits from a large balcony with views towards the Dachstein Massif and there is also underfloor heating. There is also the added benefit of a garden. Amenities include free Wi-fi, all bed linen and towels, final cleaning included in the price and garage parking. From mid May to 1st November, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses, and free admission to the pools in Haus and Schladming. The card is valid from 13:00 on your day of arrival. The apartment is no smoking throughout.

Ferienwohnung Hochstein is located on the edge of the village of Haus and very close to local amenities. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. You can reach the main ski slope of Hauser Kaibling within 100 meters of the house. The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the young and dynamic town of Schladming, and is also easily and quickly accessible by bus. Schladming offers many bars and clubs for exciting evenings out, and fans of Après Ski in particular can enjoy from the slopes the famous Hohenhaus Tenne. However, Schladming also offers culinary possibilities, as there is a wide range of restaurants and cafés. Sports and shopping fans will not miss out, because in Schladming everyone will find something. If you visit us in summer, you can visit the local swimming pool free of charge with the help of your Sommercard. Particularly noteworthy is the nostalgic Schladminger Tauern cable car, which is located directly behind our house and takes you within 10 minutes near the summit of Hauser Kaibling. Whether for hiking in summer or as an insider tip for skiers in winter – this cable car is definitely worth a visit!
