The owner is very kind and helpful, explained everything during a phone call before our arrival. Can fully recommend it.

For skiing in Schladming area it is really very great place...max 5 min to first ski slope. Apartment was clean and very nice furniture. Also beds/mattresses were very comfortable! In a kitchen we can find whatever we wont (coffee machine, dish machine, many plates, toaster, new pans, sharp knives, etc...). Communication with owner was very friendly and fast. I can strongly recommend to visit and also it will be our first choice in case Schladming visit next time :)
