Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in a quiet and exclusive atmosphere with their partner, family or friends. Come and feel at home. Vienna city centre, the airport or the main railway station can be reached quickly by public transport. It is a 2-minute walk to the underground, which goes directly to Naschmarkt, downtown or to the famous Sissi Palace Schönbrunn. You can walk to the popular Naschmarkt and the First District in 10 minutes. Especially for adult guests, that's how I would describe our apartments. We offer you a relaxed atmosphere and a wide range of services with the highest level of comfort. The rooms in the apartments have special amenities such as cable TV, coffee machine, bathrobes as well as highspeed W-LAN, which is also suitable for business people Top and on request also an air conditioning. Your apartment has a working desk and lounge with additional space for work or relaxation. In our 60m² apartments there is space to breathe deeply and each has its own terrace. On the 6th floor, with a view over Vienna, you can also make outdoor breakfasts and new plans for the day.

Whether it is the cosy kitchen area where you like to linger with a glass of wine or the lounge sofa where you can relax in the evening. Above all your bed was selected with much care and who knows with boxspring beds, the difference between a cheap hotel boxspring bed and our comfort beds will recorecognize the difference! Numerous supermarkets are only a 5-minute walk away. This provides self-catering in your holiday home with the necessary independence. It is a 2-minute walk to the underground line U4, which goes directly to Naschmarkt, city centre or to the famous Sissi Palace Schönbrunn. You can walk to the popular Naschmarkt and the First District of Vienna in 10 minutes. The bus stop of the lines 12A & 59A is directly in front of the house and the bus lines 13A & 14A are only one minute away. All bus lines are on the most important connections in Vienna. If you come by car, you will be quickly on site from all entrances leading to Vienna.
