Welcome to Bear and Bison Lake View! Bear and Bison Lake View is a unique holiday apartment in the heart of Zell am See, a luxury home away from home for groups of up to 8 guests, all year round. Built in 2021, the house boasts breathtaking views of the lake from two-storey windows and large balconies. We'd love to make your stay in Zell am See memorable and special, so please let us know if we can help you organise your shopping, transport, or celebrate a special occasion!
The house is only a 5-min walk from the town centre, and sits on the side of the Ebenberg piste. On 200 sq. metres of living space across 2 levels, the apartment offers 4 double bedrooms (all en-suite) and a spacious open-plan kitchen / dining / living area, ideal for hosting, entertaining, and bringing everyone together around the ultra-modern fireplace. Also included: carport with up to 3 parking spaces, gym / ski room (en-suite), library area, toilet with bidet, outdoor jacuzzi, utility room (washer / dryer). The house is located in a quiet but friendly residential street. It's a short walk (5 min) from the town centre, right on the side of a piste, and at the start of several nature hikes and cycling routes. In the winter you can ski right to the front door on the Ebenberg piste! In the summer, you are at the start of a network of paths for walkers and cyclists.
