As good as new and exclusive 3-room apartment for up to 6 people in the Bad Mitterndorf district of Zauchen 216 - Haus Pia, Top 1 The Grimminglounge apartment welcomes you in pleasant, light tones and invites you to a relaxing holiday in a beautiful region of Austria. You will find the following amenities in the apartment: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living-bedroom with a pull-out double couch, a dining area and a nice and very well-equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini-oven, stove with 4 hotplates and much more, a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet and a spacious terrace with seating and barbecue facilities, as well as a wonderful view of Bad Mitterndorf's dominant local mountain - the mighty Grimming. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. The apartment's parking space for 1 vehicle is located right next to the apartment. Please park other vehicles in public areas. Due to its ground-level location, the Grimminglounge apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users. The shower access is almost barrier-free (rail approx. 1 cm high), but only approx. 50 cm wide. Bed sheets and towels are included. A ski storage room is available in the house (included in the price). The apartment is heated centrally by underfloor heating. Please bring your own cleaning utensils, toiletries and food - they will not be provided Bringing pets is NOT allowed.
