FMA COLIVING is a company specialised in temporary rental management, in which more than 100 independent investors trust our management. We promote financial inclusion in the real estate and hospitality industry. We currently operate in the city of Salta with 150 functional units in 4 buildings, under the same concept and projection. At FMA Coliving we promote total autonomy so that you can make the most of your stay. Unlike the hotel system, we offer an innovative system of temporary rentals with remote attention and assistance during most of the day. But don't worry about this, we are fully trained to provide you with all the instructions and guide you throughout your trip, from the moment you book the place until the day of your departure. The parking is for cars no bigger than 1,70 mts high and the staff is an intermediary in the provision of this service with the consortium. Our revolutionary system is ready to make your visit to Salta the best option!

1. Opening hours: Our team will be available remotely from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm. Outside these hours, you will have a virtual assistant through our WhatsApp. Any request or special order must be made 24 hours in advance. 2. Payment methods: we have established time slots for cash payments in the building or at our head office. Our goal is that you enjoy the comfort and experience of staying in fully furnished high-end flats located in the most strategic areas of the city equipped with linen, balconies with stunning views, full kitchen, private bathrooms with shower, air conditioning hot / cold and electronic access to ensure greater security. In addition, for those days when you don't want to go out, you can relax in the amazing common areas. These include terraces with panoramic views of the city, swimming pool, gym and fully equipped barbecue facilities (the latter is subject to prior reservation and at a separate cost). Choose to move freely by hiring a service with a variety of options. You can select the accommodation that best suits your trip, whether alone or with your family, and of course don't forget to include in your rate our excellent buffet breakfast and a safe place for your vehicle, which must be booked directly in advance.
