Super central flat, located in front of Galerias Pacifico Mall and one block from Florida street. 700m from Plaza de Mayo and easily accessible to Recoleta. Metro 300m away. Tourist bus stops right at the door! It is a 15th floor with a spectacular view of the city. Also river view! The building is next to the Convent of Santa Catalina from 1745. From the balcony you can see the church and the cloisters. Unique in Buenos Aires! The flat has a nice common area, with a living and dining room, and also a TV area. There are 2 AC heating/cooling in this area. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. It has AC cooling, and electric heating. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, and a work area with desk and library. It has AC heating/cooling. The 3rd bedroom is smaller, with a single bed, and a trolley bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower area. In the TV area, there is a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
