Great location. It is central, it is safe, it is pleasant and it has a wide variety of public transportation to get to places faster. I decided to stay here because they recommended me to the Palermo neighborhood, I don't regret it, I really enjoyed its restaurants, bars and nightlife. The phenomenal apartment. It met all my expectations. I felt comfortable since I arrived and it is very complete.

Massively exceeded my expectations. Lovely modern apartment over 2 floors with well equipped kitchen and nice big balcony. Slept really well in the very comfortable bed. Great location near the waterfront but also an easy walk into the city centre. Great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The property has everything one needs for a short stay, it’s well kept, clean, uncluttered and fairly new. The bed was really comfortable, good linens and pillows. It had a nice terrace with city view.

We loved the views, the cleanliness, and the location. The pool was also lovely on a warm day, and the staff were very friendly. Although there is no breakfast, there are plenty of delicious cafes nearby to get something to eat. We could also leave our luggage after check out when we had a late afternoon flight. The rooms are cozy and spacious! We liked the mattresses and pillows, which are absolutely comfortable. The apartments offer exceptional cleanliness, no single hair or stain was spotted. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.
