El lugar es muy tranquilo, pero se encuentra rodeado de restaurants, cafeterías, y lugares donde comprar de todo. El departamento es un una réplica del antiguo edificio, es confortable y tiene jardín y terraza para disfrutar del sol y el aire libre.
Abrimos las puertas del departamento Santa Rosa, que forma parte de mi historia en la zona céntrica de la Ciudad y es por eso que me encanta recibir a los huéspedes para contarles las cosas interesantes que tiene el entorno del lugar. Trabajo como gestora cultural puedo recomendar lugares que son muy preciados para los locales e informarles sobre los sitios cercanos que tienen toda la auténtica magia cordobesa.
Para comenzar el recorrido, en esta zona céntrica que se sitúa a dos cuadras de la Av. Colón y la Cañada, y para ser más precisos al lado del edificio, se encuentra una de las parrillas más conocidas de la Ciudad LA PARRILLA DE RAUL, por la relación calidad de los productos y sus precios es una de las más reconocidas. Continuando el recorrido sobre la emblemática Cañada, se encuentran restaurants de amplia trayectoria en diferentes especialidades, pastas LA MAMMA, carnes ALCORTA CARNES; el PATIO DE LA CAÑADA, entre otros. Cafeterías y heladerías en cada esquina. Entre los sitios de mayor concurrencia en los fines de semana, no se puede dejar de mencionar el PASEO DE LAS ARTES, que se puede acceder a pie a 1000m del departamento.
