It is located in the historic center of Buenos Aires, on the emblematic Avenida de Mayo, 2 blocks from the government house and Plaza de Mayo, opposite the famous Café Tortoni, 5 minutes from the obelisk, 5 minutes from the Nestor Kirchner Cultural Center, 3 blocks from the Cabildo, 10 from Puerto Madero, 10 minutes from the Boca neighborhood, one block from all subways and buses, 2 blocks from the traditional Florida pedestrian, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Best location ever.

It is located on the first boulevard that the City of Buenos Aires had, and it is the backbone of the city's historic and civic center. It was born opulent and majestic and became over time a symbol of Argentine-Spanish relations, and the scene of all Buenos Aires social manifestations. It was the first avenue of the Republic and of all South America. It connects the historic Plaza de Mayo with the Plaza del Congreso in an area of ​​about ten blocks. It became the grand setting for public life in the early 20th century, and the fronts of its sophisticated art nouveau, neoclassical, and eclectic buildings provided the magnificent setting for welcoming the illustrious foreign visitors. It is perhaps the best urban example of the prosperity of Argentina of that time: under it, the first subway (metro) that existed in the Southern Hemisphere circulates. It is located near all buses, subways, and trains.
