Beautiful and bright studio with a modern decoration located in the heart of Palermo Soho, half a block from the Arcos District shopping and two blocks from Santa Fe Avenue. The apartment is equipped to receive three people. It has a double bed - which can be exchanged for two singles - and a sofa bed. In addition, it has an open kitchen - fully equipped - bathroom, balcony, air conditioning hot/cold, smart tv and free wifi. This building has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi on the terrace, overlooking the city and the river, a grill with a zoom equipped for meetings, dinners or events, gym and laundry, available 24 hours. Is a no smoking apartment, but has balcony to smoke.
Perfectly connected through the Pacific Metrobus, San Martin train, the subway Line D - between Nuñez and downtown - and three public bicycle stations. The proximity is ideal to enjoy walking in the night of Buenos Aires with restaurants, bars, clubs and design shops.
