The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa, which is suitable for 3-5 people. It has direct access to the streets near shops and bars.
The house has a very comfortable atmosphere with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and an elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed.
In the Kitchen you can find all appliances you need to prepare your favorite meal.
The Villa is stocked with all the other necessary things that you might need during your stay. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV and as well as free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for mobile work. The room and everything in it, including bedding, sheets and towels, are kept thoroughly clean. The bathroom is stocked with essentials: shampoo, shower gel, and cotton buds. For your convenience there is also a washing machine ready for use.
For check-in and check-out, my family or I will give you the keys to the house. We speak Italian and English.
The Villa is located in the characteristic streets of the historic city center,right in the "Gurazezëve" street in the Gjuhadol district just 500 meters from the city center. Gjuhadol street is one of the most famous streets in Shkoder.
The property is a 5-minute walk from the National Museum of Marubi Photography and 5 minutes from the Catholic Cathedral of St. Stephen, known as the Great Church. The Ebu Beker mosque is only 7 minutes from the house.
