This spectacular villa #8 is not an ordinary one! Take a look around to discover the beauty of its interior, and the amazing scenery of the beach surrounding the property from every room! The villa has two floors, is spread on a 950 sqm land in Nurai Island, and has capacity for 8 people. This villa's backyard is huge, featuring a private pool and a grassy area with sun loungers, nested right on top of the waters. Multiple seating areas with sofa sets and tables are also available outside, for you to enjoy a special gathering with your loved ones near the waters. The inside of the villa is as charming as the outside! Huge spaces and dazzling interior fill up the space. On the ground floor, you can find two full salons, one featuring blue navy sofa sets, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, coffee table, white carpet, and lovely decorative accents and plants. The second salon has a large white sofa set, coffee table and TV. The room is fully surrounded by panoramic glass windows, overlooking the backyard of the villa, and the amazing waters of Nurai Island. A dining room features a large high-quality and elegant dining room with a table and 8 chairs, surrounded by the amazing scenery of the island waters outside. The kitchen available on this floor is gorgeous! Featuring extensive white cabinets and grey countertops, huge spaces, and high-end equipment! It is inclusive of everything you might need during your stay, such as hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and refrigerator. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, trash cans and wine glasses are also available. In the upper floor, residents can find a cozy living room and four bedrooms. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, TV, and amazing paintings and decorative accents. All rooms upstairs also feature panoramic glass windows, so residents can take in the mesmerizing scenery in whatever room they visit. All four bedrooms have king-size beds.
