## The space Located in prestigious Residences - this is your home away from home. The home is prepared and decorated with love, tender and care by professionals. The living area is light - with full windows facing Downtown and Burj Khalifa in full view. ## The neighborhood The apartment is housed in Burj Residences, right in the center of Downtown. Step out to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, Souk al Bahar, and Manzil Souq. Supermarkets, spas and salons, restaurants, and coffee shops are all on your doorstep! ## Getting around You can get everywhere on foot from the Residences. For those into sport - you can rent a bike at Burj park and get anywhere with it. For those in relaxation mode - taxis are available right downstairs of the building.
