Experience living at its finest with this stunning property now available in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the recently refurbished apartment, centrally located near supermarkets, bike/scooter rentals, and a 5 minutes walk to the Sobha metro station. The newly furnished property is situated on the edges of the lakes in JLT, known for its upscale restaurants, cafes, parks, and nightlife. Please be advised that the swimming pool is dedicated to ladies only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
I'm well travelled, enjoy adventure, and am a very approachable and easy-going friendly person. I want to cooperate with many friends to make a better world. I'm an automotive enthusiast, so I enjoy motorsports activities and spending time with my family. We used to live in Australia, but we have been a resident of the UAE for over 10 years, and I like sharing my experience here with my guests. I'm very approachable and always happy to assist with any of the facilities provided.
Whether looking for a place to take a break and people-watch along the Lake Walk or grab a bite or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area, JLT is a great spot to spend an afternoon or evening. Around the area is a massive lake surrounding the buildings where you can enjoy just seat around and enjoying the weather. Take a long run, walk around the lake, and rent a Careem scooter or Careem bike. JLT is a significant development in Dubai that consists of towers constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes. The towers in JLT are organized into 26 clusters of three named from A to Z, and each cluster has its parking structure and a retail waterfront. There are four hotels at Jumeirah Lakes Towers: Bonnington Hotel, Armada BlueBay Hotel, Pullman and Movenpick Hotel at the same cluster where the property is located, featuring licensed bars within the community's hotels. 5 minutes away from Sobha Metro station One parking spot is provided Taxi stands under the building Scooters and dedicated walkways within the parks and lake in the JLT community
