Great location, 21st floor, very little noise from the city bellow. Some of the furniture is quite new, the apartment has (almost) all of the necessary amenities. Good communication with the rental agency, easy to check in. Terrific views from the apartment and a good grocery store very close by.

The Marina stretches more than 3 km long and is encircled by a palm-lined and landscaped promenade, a favourite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafés or you could jump on a yacht for the day and sail around the Palm Jumeirah, or a Dhow boat for dinner. The Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket and a six-screen cinema. Immerse yourself in a culinary experience at Pier 7, a signature building that offers a new adventure in fine dining, with a contrast in tastes, presentation, ambience and style on every floor. JBR is a beachfront promenade set around 1 mile of skyscrapers designed with an Arabian touch.
