Fully upgraded inside, with luxurious furnishings and decors. • The living room is spacious and elegantly furnished with a large L-shaped light beige sofa, chic rug, two unique coffee tables, wall arts and decos, and a 65’’ smart TV with Netflix, so you can enjoy your favorite shows. • The open space living room also includes a dining area, with a white table and four grey chairs. • The living room leads to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to enjoy the mesmerizing view on the Marina from above, while you enjoy your morning coffee. • The apartment is naturally well-lit, thanks to a large wall-to-wall glass doors and windows, letting in natural sun light. • Fully equipped open kitchen with beautiful wooden cabinets and beige countertops. It comes with modern appliances like dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, gas stove, and Espresso machine.
