This exquisitely designed luxury apartments are located in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) complex, offering you stunning views of the Dubai Marina and Dubai skyline. It is conveniently located right on the world-famous JBR beachfront walking promenade - The Walk. For any booking of 5 nights or more, we will provide exclusive beach club passes for 2 adults and 4 children for access to private beaches, pools, gyms of the top Dubai hotels, such as Waldorf Astoria The Palm, W the The Palm. Guest passes allow access on Mondays through Fridays. There is no admission to the beach clubs on weekends and public holidays under the Guest Pass program. CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building. If passport copies are not submitted before the arrival, your booking has to be cancelled as failure to comply with the Dubai Law. • Luggage drop-off and storage before Check-In or after Check-Out time is NOT available
