The host was very nice and the room well maintained. The flat is quiet although in a lively area. A lot of attention is paid to details in the room. You don't have all the facilities of a hotel but this is much cheaper than a hotel so it's a perfect place for a cheap short stay close to the center. Note: I struggled a bit to find the building because the street names I had marked down did not match the actual names and I had no data on my phone, so I recommend that you prepare your itinerary to the flat with extra care.

First and foremost, to avoid confusion, the washroom and kitchen are shared. Transient room is not a hotel, it is a home stay which is equally comfortable with hotels. Comfortability, security and safety are the three things which are very important in an accommodation and that is the main thing we can offer. Netflix is available on a flat screen 50 inch TV. We have a dining table, mini fridge and chairs available in the double room apart from the dining table in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils are also available for usage as well as the other appliances like microwave, air fryer, bread toaster, water dispenser, washing machine and refrigerator. Toiletries are also provided to make the guests at ease. Regarding the Solo Partition Budget Transient, it is like a small room with a single bed with mattress topper, with tv and Netflix also, small round table and side table with drawer. Also toiletries are available apart from the electric kettle, bottled water and coffee. Both rooms are provided with towels, comforter/blanket and slippers. The kitchen is available for usage for all the guests as well as the washing machine. Everything you need in a house can be found in our place to ensure the comfortability of everyone. Providing you the best home stay in the city is our main goal. Enter as a guest and leave as a friend!

Everything is present in the area including restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, salons/barber shops, banks and bus stops. Walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. A few minutes away from Al Wadha Mall and World Trade Center. Some of the restaurants within the area are the following: Korean Kitchen Restaurant (Beside our building), Chickitoz, Mama's Grill Lebanese Restaurant, Eathan's Lomi House (A Filipino Restaurant), Hooked Seafood Restaurant, Mukbang Shows (Korean Restaurant), Kadahi Corner Restaurant (Down the building) and a lot more. Around the area, you can also find Sun and sands, banks like ADCB, Adnoc gasoline station and a lot more. We are located at the center of Abu Dhabi which makes it accessible to most of the important places and tourist spots. Just a simple reminder - please do not expect a hotel set up. This is the main reason why I put in the header that you are renting a transient and not a hotel. And please act and expect according to your budget. Plain and simple, if you want the best accommodation then pay an expensive hotel.
