Good day my dear guests! I would like to introduce myself so you can know more about me before making a booking. This is a family business, our lovely Holiday Homes company (DTCM licenced) I am working together with my husband and we have 3 very friendly, punctual and responsible colleagues (Joan and Jason and Anthony), who are helping us to make the check-ins and guest registrations in Dubai Tourism Department. This is to ensure that each guest will receive enough attention. We care a lot about cleaning of the apartment. Our cleaning team is well trained (by us) and do their best each time. We provide cleaning before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. Please keep in mind that apartments I manage are private apartments registered in Dubai Tourism Department.

Apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms,balcony and a laundry room. Queen size bed in each bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Perfect for 6 (bedlinen for a sofa-bed should be requested and paid in advance 45USD one-time charge). Rimal is a central complex of JBR, located in front of The Beach.

Jumeirah Beach Residence - Beach Walk JBR, Rimal 4 bldg, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Amazing place and the best complex within JBR- Rimal is located just in front of the main puclic beach on JBR called The BEACH ( Tip: wifi is available there). The Beach JBR is 3 min walk from Rimal 4. Tram station is in 4 min walk. Tram is connected to the metro. Carrefour supermarket with the wide range of fresh food is in 1 min walk.
