Everything was perfect. The apartament it's very close to the beach. The view from the apartament it's breathtaking. Very clean apartament and it had everything you need. We love to stay there and can't wait to come back again. Also the staff very friendly and very helpfull.

All of the furniture were in good condition, apartment is very spacious and clean. All goods such as towels etc were in the apartment. The view was amazing, the same as location. The Carrefour grocery store is just behind the corner, hundreds of restaurants in just 2 minutes walk. Host is very communicative and kind. Location was amazing! Short walk to metro, shops and Marina Mall. Staff and the owner were very responsive. Apartment was well equipped, had big closets, was very spacious, nice views through the windows, AC was working fine, pool was nice and warm for our liking. It had 3 toilets and 2 showers, so really good for bigger families.

There was no corners cut ! You can notice that this a family business as every small detail was thought about ! I’ve visited many places in Dubai and by far this was my favourite (middle priced compared to the rest) there was washing powder at the property !!! No other property provided such things but you notice that they have considered you coming late and not having washing powder 👌 this is just one thing of many that I enjoyed at the property !

The property is close to many restaurants, and a wonderful public beach that offers countless entertainment opportunities for children. There is a grocery store right below which actually delivers door side should you need that service but it’s so close anyway. The pools are nice and heated. There is a masjid/mosque below that also offers Friday sermons which is a huge positive. There is a 24 hour restaurant a minute away by walking that offers a great selection of food. This was also a huge positive considering we were travelers from far and were jet lagged. I worked with Adeel specifically and he was always very responsive, respectful and helpful. He made sure to have a baby crib and high chair available at moments notice. He made the stay that much more personalized. I would highly recommend him and this place for your stay in Dubai.

Das Appartement liegt günstig zum Strand und zur Metro, somit ist Expo und Dubai Stadt bequem erreichbar. Taxi vom Flughafen kostet 100 AED , bis Burj Khalifa etwa 70 AED. Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, viele Restaurants rundherum am Walk. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten die ziemlich hart sind. Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer ist auch für 2 und dagegen sehr weich. 2 Badezimmer, 3 Toiletten.. praktisch . Wir hatten zu wenig Kaffee Heferl, die wurden auf Anfrage wenig später zugestellt..sehr nett. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Filtermaschine , Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach..alles da
