Its one of the most fancy hostels ive stayed and price is similar to the average hostels in the country. nice swimming pool with a great view of the Mediterranean. breakfast is amazing and you can eat as much as you want. there's a a stair case just outside the hostel that leads you to a nice spot for a swim in the ocean. it's not in the center part of Kas,but you can take a 10min Van ride really easy.
