I travelled to Köping on business. Instead of a hotel I rented an appartment with 4 beds in Vandrarhem Tre Knektar Köping - only for me. It was a very good decicion. There was a kitchen inside, so I cooked for myself (I am a picky eater). The toilet is inside. Although there is a shower outside - one shower per storey, this solution was not for me disturbing.

At the hostel, the rooms are fitted with a patio with a garden view. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms also offer a kitchen with a dishwasher. All guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. The cottage was cleverly layed out and designed. We liked the fact that it had 5 separate beds. The bathroom was spacious.

Honestly, this felt like taking a risk. Usually, the saying "You get what you pay for" is quite true, and this seemed too cheap. But this time, it was wrong. If I'm in this area again, I won't even look for another place. The bed was better, and I slept better, than in most hotels. It was close to the road but well isolated. Very quiet. All in all, the room was quite ok, felt practical and better than many cheap (double this price) hotels. So the question is - do you want to pay double the price to get a breakfast?
The staff very friendly and efficient. Bicycles are kept very safe. Very good and complete take away breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Very clean room , Great location
Very convenient location as right next to the station and easy to walk into the centre as well as walk to the harbour area. The hotel also offers a range of evening meals, has a washing machine and plenty of comfortable seating in a large reception area. it reminded us of an upmarket youth hostel. The parking was just outside and with the help of the staff we managed to install the app and pay for the parking The staff are friendly and helpful
