Opened in April 2013 with brand new facilities, Piece Hostel Kyoto is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. It features a spacious and comfortable lounge, a tatami (woven-straw) terrace and a wall-size map with latest event information around Kyoto. The Ryokan is very clean with fresh towels provided everyday. The host Usui san cooks breakfast and dinner daily upon request, but you are free to buy food and eat it at the Ryokan.

Clean and safe hostel with an amazing and very helpful host. I ran into self-induced troubles and was helped out graciously. Had a wonderful sleep and a nourishing breakfast that was included in the very affordable price. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll stay here for sure!
