Owner and family live across the street. Treated me like VIP family. Mohammad went out of his way to make all my Petra dreams come true on a budget, including finding me a Nabatean cave to sleep in and grilled dinner himself! The family is wonderful and made delicious dinners and breakfasts. Only a few blocks from the Petra entrance. Great advice. Helped me get great market items, too.

The host Zeyad is so friendly and carefully about his guests, its possible to order there breakfast, lunch or dinner - and the food is very very delicious!!!! We slept very well in this comfortable beds - even if its in the town you sleep very very good. The bathroom is very clean, there a 2 bathrooms in it. The distance to petra is very close and so all in all you get for a low price a really good offer :-)! We definitly come back and can recommend this nice hostel.

He prepared delicious breakfast dishes for me, and even had my clothes ironed. You definitely want to stay at this place. Plus it’s spotlessly clean!

The host is nice, the beds are comfortable, the place was quiet, therefore we had a good sleep. The AC heated the room well in winter. In any case, the perfect place for the price.

If you are planning to go to Petra, Fragrant Rose is the best place to stay. We were lucky to be ones of the first guests staying at the Fragrant Rose. It is very good value and a beautiful place to stay. We loved the location of the accommodation as it is very close to Petra. The accommodation is brand new, very well equipped with a common kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. It is a very cozy place with a nice comfortable bed. We have enjoyed the traditional Jordanian breakfast very much at Fragrant Rose. Apart from this incredible accommodation the best part were our hosts Mr. Ali and his wife. Mr. Ali gave us the best recommendations, helped us literally on every step of our journey. He knows everyone in Wadi Rum and will inform you where you can find the best offers and the best tours. We highly recommend the dinner at the bubble luxury hotel as well. Next to the bubble hotel is a traditional baduine tent where you can order typical desserts, some baduine tea and enjoy the traditional life music. Overall we had a wonderful stay filled with many adventures. Thanks to Mr. Ali we could experience the local life and the baduine culture first hand. Our hosts and accommodation were so amazing that we decided to extend our stay. We felt very welcomed and received help and advice for anything we needed. Mr. Ali has even arranged our transfer to Wadi Rum. We are very thankful for their help and couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Wadi Musa.

At the accommodation all rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Everything was fantastic, and the host was incredibly welcoming. The water pressure and hot water were top-notch, making showers a pleasure. Plus, it's just a short drive from Petra Visitors Center. I'd give it 11 out of 10 stars if I could!
