Located in Inveraray, less than 1 km from Inveraray Castle, Inveraray Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Lovely place, kind staff. I very liked the environmental consciousness, everything is labelled (selective, what to do or not), bird feeder, very kind book corner. :) :) :)
Inversnaid
Originally a 19th century church, the Inversnaid Bunkhouse offers a restaurant and a bar, along with stained glass windows. Situated in the Trossachs, this hostel is on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. WiFi is available throughout. The peaceful proximity to the babbling brook. The property owner was very very nice. The food was the best so far while walking the WHW
Rowardennan
Situated on the banks of Loch Lomond, Rowardennan Youth Hostel features a self-catering kitchen, dining room and offers a menu with meals, snacks and drinks. The hostel is within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, where guests can enjoy hiking, climbing and watersports. Staff is awesome. Chef’s vegetarian soup was SO delicious! The 8-female-bed room was cozy. The in-room sink+mirror was a nice surprise.
Greenock
The Waterfront Apartments are a budget accommodation in Greenock with security entrance, it was previously student accommodation around 9 years ago. It is on the seafront, just 5 minutes' walk from Greenock Central Railway Station and town centre. We offer Free Wi-Fi access throughout, and we are clean cheap and cheerful. Central location for purpose of visit. Easy to find travelling by car. Staff very helpful and room clean and comfortable.

Not a lot to say. It was a hostel, twin room with 2 bunk beds, shared shower and toilet at the end of the corridor. Room was warm, beds comfortable. Drying room for wet clothes. Kitchen and dining area with tea and coffee. No food provided but good location near the pubs, cafes and the loch
The surroundings of the hostel are beautiful and the staff is really friendly and accommodating :) the comfort is typical for a youth hostel - which is exactly what we expected.
Friendly hostel in great location. Would definitely stay again. Watching red squirrels whilst eating dinner was particularly special. Easy walk into Inveraray.

Great location. Decent security. Excellent price. Basic small room with all that's needed. Not too bad a bed comfort wise. Hostel like kitchen facilities. Great shower water pressure. Controllable heating. Very good price - good value for 1 person, would be outstanding for 2. Would definitely stay again.
