North West, Glasgow
Glasgow Youth Hostel offers 4-star VisitScotland accredited accommodation in a Victorian townhouse overlooking Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow’s lively West End, close to award-winning Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The interior style of the whole building was beautiful, there were multiple cosy and spacy common rooms, common kitchen with a lot of space, gas stove, microwave etc. The staff was helpful and kind, and the location is perfect.

Room was just the right size, bed was so comfortable and showers were amazing. Breakfast was great. Really liked how the car park at the bus station is partnered to give patrons a cheaper option. The government clearly don't want any motorists parking in the city and this is a great incentive for patrons to re-visit with the knowledge their car is safe and secure.
Great location and price for a cheap stay away. Few minute walk into town. Parking was an added bonus. Early check in option as our room was ready! 24 hour desk for drinks/snacks. Very happily would stay again!
Best hostel I have ever stayed in for £20 a night as an overnight conference visitor and solo traveller. On a Tuesday night my 6 bed pod was virtually empty and the design of the bedrooms and quality of service was so lovely that I slept like the dead uninterrupted for 7-8 hours and woke up feeling like I was in a posh hotel not a bunk bed hostel!
Great location in city centre, very cheap stay.
Very clean budget hotel in a great location for the west end, kelvingrove art gallery & museum just across the road, riverside museum & hydro a short walk, Byers road & Argyll are excellent for bars & restaurants, very friendly staff, 30 minute walk into the city centre, small parking area (free if spaces available) but the hotel provide cheap roadside options outside if the car park is full, the hotel serves excellent breakfast options also.
