One little observation from a very happy guest, I would recommend having a locker or some sort of safe for things like passports, jewellery or electronic devices. Although everyone was super respectful, one never knows the bad intentions people may have in the future.

I really liked the atmosphere in Carwyns surf house. I met nice people from France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain...
The house is cosy, well furnished, well decorated. There is a beautiful garden.
In the evening, diner and drinks are proposed by Carwyn for guests who want to, so it's a great opportunity to meet with the other guests, chat, have a good time together.
Above all, Carwyn is a very nice person, very generous, who keeps making sure his guests enjoy their time.
I felt good and relaxed there so I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely bungalow in a great location - quiet and by a pretty lake within an easy walk . Pretty garden to sit and/or eat in, too. Kitchen well equipped. Good shower.
Typical hotel of the Ibis Budget chain, basic but clean, with a bathtub instead of the usual shower. Friendly receptionist, safe parking and restaurants nearby, just 5 minutes from downtown Saint-Paul-lès-Dax
Really cool hostel & vibe. Close to the beach. Really friendly staff. I liked that you could hire decent skateboards for cheap!
We loved everything about our stay! A stones throw from the beach, friendly staff and other guests, great facilities, brilliant surf school linked to the house, lovely area which we explored by bike. Kids (16 and 13) were able to explore the area safely and had a great time surfing. Room was a double bed and bunk bed which was super clean and enough room for us, had a decking area and shared hot tub outside. I cannot rate this place enough, thank you!
A nice concept of a hostel with a working space, swimming pool, bar. I believe the whole area is cool. The hostel has dormitory rooms which is pretty big and has a comfortable bed.
A basic type of dormitory accommodation, 2 bunk beds to the room. Clean, adequate bathroom. Good location to main area of town (20 minutes walk). Friendly staff.
