Check in was smooth, and the place was very accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the hammocks and availability of the open space. I injured my ankle while on the trip and the reception was able to help me change to a lower bed as well as provided ice and offered medical services. Immensely grateful for the help provided. The people that work there really go over and beyond to make sure you are welcomed, and have everything you need. Best hostel in Santa Teresa and the dorm beds are big, and comfortable. I stayed on the top bunk and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious, clean, cool with A\C and large ensuite bathroom with shower. The open air kitchen & hammocks are perfect place to meet people and hang out.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. The hostel is new, has a perfect size and is very familiar. The kitchen is good equipped, the beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff does a great job. You get a towel and there are hot water showers available. The hostel is near the beach and you can rent surfboards for a very good price. There are still some projects Charlie wanna realize during the next months, as for a example a cozy community area. It will be an even better place in a while. Other lovely aspects are the volunteers, Charlie (dog), Miley (cat) and last but not least: Charlie (owner).

Most magical place in Costa Rica, place is literally in the jungle and you can hear/see monkeys very close in the morning. The breakfast is soo good and rooms are good, it was the best place in which we stayed in Costa Rica

In reception you can by the activities and have a free info of the area. Emergency center near the building Erick & Dayi were amazing hosts! It felt like being at home. Erick is so helpful and will reserve tours for you and provide excellent information about monteverde. The owners were amazingly accommodating and great at communication. The communal cooking facilities were excellent.

Amazing owners of the place, the kindest people a met in Costarica, they'll help you with anything you might need.
