This is a back-to-basics wilderness hostel - We now have 2 private rooms, 2 mixed dorms, no showers, and no flush toilets. That said, it's a great place. A large common lodge with fireplace and lounge, friendly and personable staff, and a great location. We have purified drinking water, full cooking facilities, refrigerator, stoves and electricity. Nice facilities. Good chance to meet nice people from everywhere. Wonderful staff

Poised alongside the Maligne River, just above the spectacular depths of Maligne Canyon, this serene hostel is an all-season destination. Travelers will enjoy an array of hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing trails. The nearby Skyline Trail offers one of Jasper National Park's most scenic hikes. Another amazing wilderness hostel. The owner is a great person, all the people who come are so nice. All you need is there. He’s got enough potable water for the kitchen so no worries about that. The creek right next to it is an amazing refreshment. There is lights in the cabins and kitchen and around, there’s even Wi-Fi. All in all a beautiful place. I surely recommend!

Great location, clean kitchen (could be bigger) with much storage space. Curtains on bunk beds.
- clean and modern hostel - big kitchen + fridge - great location just a walk away from the center and a grocery store - friendly staff with good tips (shout out to Kate!) - Jasper and the surrounding hikes are a 10/10
The hostel is great. So many facilities, including a big TV room, great common rooms to relax, clean and spacious rooms and at a great location.
Great location, our room had little kitchen corner, you can even cook. Close to cheap fast-food and in general to everything. Wi-Fi worked good. Enough parking space

Absoultely best hostel for a great price. Very clean and quiet. Nice and big kitchen. There is a sauna and a pool table. Big parking. Close to city center. Everything absolutely great.
Basic, like you'd expect with a hostel. But incredibly comfy and functional. Great location – easy walking distance from the centre of town (Jasper).
Hostel brand new, I almost felt like in a hotel. Common rooms were wide open and stylish. Best hostel I've been so far.
The only downsides beyond the price are in comparing it to other hostels. It's not super large. There is a kitchen, showers, lobby, free wifi, so on. I'd be happy to stay here again. Probably the cheapest accomodations in town, too. Staff are great.
Have never stayed in a hostel before. HI Jasper was an amazing experience. Even with COVID it felt safe. The facilities were immaculate. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were immaculate as well. I would stay here again!
