Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
It's a budgeted apartment let. For the price we paid, it was ok, just like a hostel but in a private apartment.
It has a table tennis table at the reception level which we enjoyed very much, especially when the wifi doesn't always work!
It was so close to the Lady's Beach and the restaurants on the beach front.
The receptionist was helpful.

I needed a cheap hotel for 3 weeks, while undergoing dental work.
Sure the hotel is in need of a refurb but for what I paid and the fabulous view of the sea, marina, the friendly staff it was a pleasure staying there.
I enjoyed a hearty breakfast the first day, but unfortunately the dental operation necessitated limiting my diet to soup and hard boiled eggs.
Will have no hesitation staying there again.

Overall for budget hotel is reasonable I’d recommend this hotel. It is located in centre of Kusadasi which makes it easy to get around the town. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is clean. It is typical boutique hotel. It feels quite safe.
Very nice view from the superior room in the main building. They also have separate houses near the main hotel, but I don't recommend as it is very far away.
All the areas were clean including the room
Good food. Not excelent, but good enough, I would have liked more variety of meat.
Nice pools and entertainment areas.
Clean beach, safe and quiet. They have video surveillance so leaving your goods on the beach when you swim is not a problem.
Lots of water sports(but not cheap)
Everything was perfect, great location, facilities, staff very friendly and rooms big and clean
Quiet as adults only, with limited sunbeds, worked for our trip as its in May but at busy season you may struggle to get a good sunbed.
Hotel is right beside marina with lovely restaurants cheaper than the centre. Centre is 10 mins walk which is nice along the beach
Great location. Like can’t beat location. Great rooftop pool. Breakfast included in mornings isn’t great the usual full continental but they do a great full Irish You just need to ask. Bar at pool did good food and pints. Very cheap late checkout compared to other hotels.
