I'm an experienced traveler and this might be the best place I've stayed in Asia. The rooms are very clean and the location is exceptional with many restaurants and stores nearby. What stood out was the excellent customer service. They're a family run operation and the loveliest people who really care and are concerned about the satisfaction of their guests. Price is good, service is excellent, rich breakfast, and it's as safe a place as you could wish for (same for the neighborhood and country frankly). Highly recommended!!! I will definitely come back when I visit Dushanbe.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay, the owner and his sons are lovely, the food was fantastic, and the beds are very comfy and since they have curtains they offer privacy. 100% recommended.

Kamran and his brothers are very friendly and helpful. Give all the conditions for a good stay. We managed with Kamran an airport pickup at 2/3am which was very convenient. The breakfast is also good. They are remodeling the rooms and some of them are brand new. We stayed there 3 times, everytime in a different bedroom, and all have aircon. Recommended!
